TERMS


Daily rate is applicable to the pilots time away from base.

Travel days are billed at 50% daily rate.

Daily rates broken into half day increments (minimum of 50 percent daily rate)


A reasonable  effort will be made to keep expenses to a minimum, such as airline  tickets, hotel reservations, transportation etc. 


A 10% logistics fee will be applied to pre-booked arrangements only. NOT applicable to enroute expenses.


Client and pilot will work individually to meet insurance requirements.


Our pilots WILL NOT operate any aircraft they deem unsafe, or that is missing any required documentation. In such an event, the client will be responsible for all expenses until that point, and will be responsible to either furnish the needed items, or, return the pilot to their origin.
